Terms & Conditions

1. General provisions.

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are a legal document binding on the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase of the Goods and the conditions for payment for them, the procedure for delivery and return of the Goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions relating to the purchase and sale of Goods in the Mi Woods online store.

1.2 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms his/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Buyer has created a shopping cart in the online store, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method and read the Terms and Conditions, and clicked on the "Buy" button.

2. Protection of personal data.

2.1 When ordering goods in the Mi Woods online shop, the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address and e-mail address.

2.2 The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct data at the time of purchase.

2.3 By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of the personal data provided by him for the purpose of the order. The Buyer also consents to the sending of information notifications to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, which are necessary for the execution of the order.

2.4 The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer himself/herself consents to this.

2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent public authority in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or by the Buyer's separate written consent.

3. Rights and obligations of the Buyer.

3.1 The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.

3.2 To provide full, complete and correct information on the payment form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading information on the checkout form, Mi Woods shall be entitled to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.

3.2 In the event of a change in the Buyer's details provided on the Purchase Form, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately.

3.3 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the Goods in accordance with the provisions set out in the Return Policy.

3.4 By placing an order in the Mi Woods online shop, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase and undertakes to comply with them and with the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's rights and obligations.

4.1 The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to make proper use of the services provided by the Mi Woods online shop.

4.2 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the online shop or violates its obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer's access to the online shop immediately and without notice.

4.3 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy with regard to the personal information belonging to the Buyer, as indicated in the purchase form, and not to disclose such information to any third party.

4.4 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

4.5 The Seller may, in the event of important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice to the Buyer.

4.6 The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

4.7 If the Buyer uses the services provided by Mi Woods after the change of these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the change of the Terms and Conditions.

5. Ordering, prices, payment procedures, terms.

5.1 The Buyer may make online purchases in the Online Shop 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

5.2 Orders are accepted only through the Mi Woods Online Shop.

5.4 All prices of goods in the Online Shop are quoted in Euro including VAT and in other currencies including VAT.

5.5 The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The preparation of the parcel shall commence only upon receipt of payment for the goods.

5.6 Failure by the Buyer to make payment within 2 calendar days shall result in cancellation of the order.
